Gee Graphite supply a wide range of non-standard gaskets incorporating flexible graphite. Many of these have been developed in close co-operation with end-users across a wide range of industries from glass production to RFI  - EMI shielding.

 

Kammprofile Gaskets

Kammprofile Gaskets are available in a wide range of core materials, normally supplied with graphite facings, with PTFE and mica also being available, providing a high quality sealing element. Kammprofile gaskets are available to suit all standard flange designations. Special sizes can be supplied to suit customers own requirements.










Sigraflex Economy / Universal Oval Gaskets

Oval and obround Sigraflex Economy and Universal gaskets are provided with external and internal eyelets. Sigraflex Economy is a graphite sheet material with a bonded stainless steel core 0.05mm thick. Sigraflex Universal is a graphite sheet material that is mechanically bonded with a tanged stainless steel core 0.1mm thickness.








Multi-Layer Laminates

Multi layer construction components are available combining metal and graphite foils often with complex geometry which are accurately cut on in-house abrasive water jet cutting machines. Typical applications include valve seats often using Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Duplex and Super Duplex alloys. Other materials such as PTFE, mica etc.. can be used in place of graphite foil. This product usually requires additional machining which can be provided.

    Large diameter gaskets above sheet size can be manufactured by abrasive water jet cutting dovetail segments.



     








    Graphite Felts

    Flexible Graphite felt is a premium quality material for process temperatures above 2000 °c. It is most commonly used as vacuum / inert atmosphere insulation. This product features enhanced oxidation resistance together with extremely low ash content, and can be offered in both full roll and cut components.
