Polyurethane Reinforced Graphite Sheet
A polyurethane graphite laminate material easy to cut on-site with scissors or knife and available in one metre square sheets or cut gaskets. The material comprises two outer layers of graphite foil with a central polyurethane core. The layers are bonded together in-house with a unique bonding system that does not delaminate during punching, storage and use.
- Minimum 99% purity graphite foil
- Thickness range 0.4mm to 4.0mm
- Ultra thin polyurethane film reinforcement
- Easily cut by traditional methods
- Conforms readily to flange surfaces
- Used on sight glass assemblies and metal to glass applications
- Maximum service temperature 500 Deg C in oxidising conditions
- Maximum service pressure 100 Bar
- Compressibility 40 to 50%
- Recovery
10 to 15%
